How do I return my order?

If any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item, the following rules apply for returning or exchanging the item/s: 

My order is damaged what do I do?

In the highly unlikely event that an item is faulty, please contact us immediately via mail or our contact us page and we will arrange for a new/replacement item to be shipped to you and we will cover these costs.

How long do I have to return an order?

All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days after receiving delivery

I have changed my mind and want to return the item

We all change our minds, so if you have decided against the item, it will be up to the client to cover the costs of returning the item/s to Kidsology. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

What condition should items be returned in?

All items being returned or exchanged must have its packaging unopened and all seals and wrapping unbroken and be in a resalable condition.

The incorrect items were delivered, what now?

If the items were incorrectly supplied by Kidsology, we will arrange for the incorrect items to be collected and the correct items delivered, these costs will be covered by Kidsology
